A clearance crew for Antwerpen

What we do, and what we do not

We take on complete jobs: a house or flat, an estate, an office or shop, or at least a full cellar, attic or garage. We do not collect single pieces of furniture, we do not buy or sell goods, and we do not clean: we hand back broom-clean.

How we work

Every job starts with photos. From those we set one fixed price, agreed before the work begins. On the day, the crew comes with the truck and, where the stairs are too narrow, a ladder lift. What can be reused goes to second-hand shops; the rest is sorted for recycling and licensed processors.

Who we work for

Tenants and owners in Antwerpen, families clearing a parent's home, and the international residents who come to the city for the port, the diamond trade, the university and the hospitals. Not everyone in Antwerpen is at home in Dutch, so the site, the price and the arrangements are in English.
