What does an apartment clearance in Antwerpen include?

An apartment clearance includes everything in the flat that is not part of the building, plus the private spaces that belong to it in the rest of the building. Those spaces are often forgotten until the last week.

How does the furniture come down: lift, stairs or ladder lift?

The route depends on the building. In a recent block with a large lift, most of the contents go down by lift, with protection on the floor and walls of the cabin. In an older Antwerpen building with a narrow staircase and no lift, everything goes down the stairs or down the facade.
