Which photos do we need?

One or two photos per room are enough, taken from the doorway so the whole room is visible. Do not forget the cellar, the attic, the garage, the garden shed and the balcony: that is often where half the volume is.

• the address or the district (for the parking ban and access)
• the floor, and whether there is a lift and how big it is
• what you keep yourself, or what has to stay
• the date the property has to be empty
